I recently attended the NCPLH course, which I passed with flying colours. I am convinced that this achievement was due to John, the Instructor's, wealth of knowledge of the subject and his friendly teaching techniques backed by his recounting of his vast practical experience. Spurred on by this success, I have just completed and passed the course on Cellar Management.
I would recommend this course to old and new cellar managers. I learned a great deal, even after part time pub work over the last 20 years. I whole heartedly recommend DHT's courses to anyone in, or considering a career in, the hospitality trade.

Day flew by! Very interesting - only one observation. sometimes the pace was too quick over some subjects and therefore the wrong terminology was used, and notes taken down with haste and sometime inaccurate, which makes things confusing sometimes. Thank you very much.
