All licensing authorities must publicise their Licensing Act 2003 Policy Statement, this policy is designed to promote
the licensing activities for local area.
Most local authorities have published their 'Licensing Policy Statements' on their web sites as well as all the forms
required whether you are applying for a Personal Licence, a Premises Licence, or a Temporary Event Notice, there are
over 28 forms available which cover all aspects of licensing applications.
