However, there are times when things do not go as planned, if any customer wishes to praise or complain about any aspect of our training, examinations, or anything else, please email our Administration Officer.

DH Training Associates undertake to acknowledge any complaint promptly, confidentially, effectively and fairly deal with any issues raised. Written complaints procedure is available on request.
